Submit Songs for Airplay
Music Submission Terms
You can send us your music as an artist or any other music copyright holder for airplay on Museboat Live channel anytime.
We review and air your the best songs for free in our 24/7 rotation and music shows.
Here is what we need from you in an email to: museboatradio @ gmail.com
(without space before and after @ mark):
- ARTIST NAME (Your Stage name - what you have on Facebook, Twitter or others)
- SONG/s mp3 file/s (44100 Hz stereo any bitrate - do NOT send m4a, ogg or wav files)
You can send files over 20MB via free WeTransfer service.
(Always write ARTIST NAME and copy statement to message box)
- Artist´s picture (jpg, jpeg)
- Artist´s social network links (in shape: https://....) to your:
Reverbnation / Soundcloud / Bandcamp (or any page with your music embeddable player)
YouTube video (if applicable)
Official website (If applicable)
Shop (If applicable)
This is IMPORTANT term if you want us to create your AMPK - Artist Media Promotion Kit).
- Always write "SONG SUBMISSION" as a subject of the message
- Copy of exact statement in your email message:
"I agree to play my music on Museboat Live as non-paid promotional airplay"
"I declare I have rights to send attached music to Museboat Live for non-paid promotional airplay"
By sending us songs to our email museboatradio@gmail.com you agree to play them as non-paid promotional airplay in Museboat Live and in all Museboat affiliates. Museboat Live has then right to copy, edit and play shortened versions of your songs in radio spots and shows mixed with other audio files to promote your music
to the broader listener´s base.

Reviews
After we receive songs, we collect received information about artist including website pages, social profiles, contact email, etc. That´s why it is important to send us direct links to your social profiles, official website and mp3 download link from WeTransfer or Dropbox. Then we listen & review songs and if we love them, we place them to our LISTEN & CHAT shows and 24/7 rotation.
If the song is of poor recording quality, we won´t play it, sorry. It may happen that emails end in junktrash for some reason. If we do not answer to your email from any reason longer then two weeks, let us know again, please.
Time span between your song submission and radio airplay may vary a lot. It can take two weeks or even more.
It depends on how many songs we get at that time. We receive tens of songs daily so please, be patient until we get back to you. If you think it takes too long, send us a note.
If you want to get 100% airplay on Saturdays in eSolicited show, you can submit your music by joining our cooperative network program which requires a small contribution to our channel operating costs.
You can also get 100% free airplay by becoming FEATURED ARTIST on Museboat Live.
Music
We accept ALL MUSIC GENRES. The only condition is that the music must be good, whether from recording quality or from an artistic value point of view. 24/7 Rotation is an ever repeating playlist of all accepted songs between our LISTEN & CHAT shows. We introduce new artists and new songs in TJ´s Muse Bridge show every Sunday.
You can send us one song or your whole album. We review your music and decide what songs we will place to our programs. We mostly pick up 3 of the best songs and place it to our LISTEN & CHAT shows. Every song played in our show is always placed to our 24/7 rotation. You can send us your new songs or new album anytime later, too.
We do not have song length limit for introducing new music in our shows, but songs not longer then 11 minutes are good, though. Please, do not send us tens of long "beatz", "neverending dj´s mixes" or new "versions of your songs".

Airplay
Every artist will receive information about the time and date of their airplay via email, Facebook, Reverbnation or Twitter.
We strongly recommend that everyone should visit our website one day or more before show airplay.
We cannot explain our music & promotion system after LISTEN & CHAT show starts.
On the other hand, every artist can use our chatroom as a blackboard or SHOUTBOX to invite radio listeners to join ourLISTEN & CHAT shows. Unlike many other radio stations, we allow placing direct website links to the chatroom as well so this is a solid opportunity to say hi to our radio family on beforehand :)
Museboat Live does not register in any registering systems unless it is run by its media partners.
We want to hear from artists we play so it is very useful to connect with us at our social places.
Files Format
We accept only mp3 files.

To send us more songs, (over 20MB) use free file transfer service WeTransfer or any other without registration.
You can send whole album this way.
We do not accept WAV files anymore. Save yours and our space and send us mp3 only (any bitrate).
Name of the file (what is name you see in your folder) should always have this shape: ARTIST NAME - Song name.
Always place links to your Facebook, Twitter, Reverbnation and Official website into the message body otherwise we cannot introduce your music to our radio family. To show your song in our radio and VIP stream properly, take your time and fill your mp3 file metadata correctly. Our stream player shows artist name, song name and soon it will show your social links and also link to your music shop like Amazon or Bandcamp, where listeners can buy it instantly.
That´s why it is important for our broadcasting system to have mp3 metadata filled well. If you do not know how to fill metedata, read the simple help tutorial below.
In order for our radio system to read and show your song in now-playing mode, we need you to make sure your mp3
is properly filled with metadata. This means that the mp3 file has to have information inside the file about artist name, song name, website or shop link, cover art etc. use free software from this list.
Here is list of tags you should fill with your mp3 song files:
Basic info: fill only Title: ARTIST NAME - Song name
Artwork: place your cover art to file from your computer.
ID3v1: fill only Title again
ID3v2: fill URL (place website or shop link to this song)
We accept only mp3 files.
Museboat Staff
You can ask any of our host´s to provide you with information about our radio broadcasting. We are available on Facebook or by email almost all the time. To contact the radio director on Facebook find Andy Slovien.
All our host have their own Facebook page or profile so it is easy to get in touch with us.
We also look for upcoming on-air/off-air personalities like radio show hosts, promoters and other radio enthusiastic people to help us spread our message to the world. The only thing you need is to have an internet connection, a cheap PC microphone, laptop or mobile and some extra time. All training on how to become a Museboat Live personality is FREE of any charges.
We all know that no show host will become a star in one night, so we support beginners without any radio experiences. So what are you waiting for?

Our main goal is to get to know as many fantastic artists and friends in the chatroom as possible. We encourage everyone to LIKE other´s FB pages, post news and more. Our chatroom is multi interactive so you can log in withany
of your social profile like Facebook, Twitter or others. We do not have strict chatroom rules but our admins do not allow any kind of insulting other chatroom visitors, racial, sexual, religious hate or any kind of other harassment.
